1 pound Pinto Beans, soaked overnight
1 pound Ground Beef1 Onion, chopped
2 Green Peppers, chopped
1 large can Tomato Puree (28 oz.)
3-4 Tb Chili Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
Garnish grated Cheddar, Chopped Onions, and Crackers
Add
remaining ingredients to pan, plus two or more cans of water.
Cover
and simmer until beans are cooked through.
