1 cup Packed Brown Sugar
½ cup Sifted Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream, softened
Rum
Boiling Water
In a mixing bowl beat
together softened butter, brown sugar, powdered sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon till
well combined. Beat in the softened ice
cream. Turn mixture into a 4-cup container. Seal and freeze. (Mixture will not freeze solid.)
To serve, spoon about
1/3 cup of the mix into a mug, add 1 oz. of rum, and ½ cup of boiling
water. Stir well.
